Our workers to do voluntary work for the elderly, people with disabilities and women who live alone

This project was started when J.J. Tana, who had been out of work for some time, came to us with a proposal to form a team of workers helping elderly people at home in the Otangarei- Kensington area.

We went ahead with his idea using whatever equipment we could find - second hand lawnmowers and using workers' own cars.

We now have a van and equipment for our workers.
